For the Tower, I used a sturdy hip harness, reinforced at the thighs for my model's comfort. I secured 2 uplines on her hip line, on the back side of her body so that when I lifted her, she could leverage herself against them for front-to-back balance. While she was still seated on the ground, she got into her half-lotus position and I tied a SCT around both ankles and secured to the rig. I lifted her ankle line first, as she leaned back and supported herself with her arms. From there, I lifted both uplines in the back at the same time and adjusted as needed for a well-balanced (L to R) pose.
