Watch as Oklahoma City Thunder head coach Mark Daigneault spoke to the media following the Oklahoma City Thunder's loss to the Houston Rockets in their second game of the 2021-22 NBA season.
It was an ugly loss, as the Thunder continue to prioritize building a young roster and developing their talent over winning games. If there was any team they would have the chance to beat this week, it would have been Houston, who is also rebuilding.
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander led the team with just 13 points on the night as the Thunder struggles tremendously on offense.
OKC sophomore Aleksej Pokusevski had a solid game, notching ten points and seven rebounds. He was one of the better performers of the night for the Thunder.
Lu Dort and Darius Bazley continue to struggle, as they combined for 13 points in the game, which isn't near enough for two of Oklahoma City's better players.
Finally, Thunder rookie Josh Giddey was quiet in his second ever NBA game, finishing with six points, four assists and two rebounds.
