Hello, here is a Magic The Gathering Old School best of 5. This time we are playing two black and red decks: Trolldisk and Animate Red, a rogue deck I had built some time ago. We are playing under Swedish rules this time.
I'm using Animate Red indeed    • MTG OLD SCHOOL secret deck tech: (BR) ANIM...  
TrollDisk is similar to this one    • MTG OLD SCHOOL: BR TROLLDISK (full budget)...  , I think it's not using Library of Alexandria and no Hymn to Tourach (replaced by Sinkhole, Stone Rain and Sengir Vampire). Shatterstorm was not included.


Without Power 9 cards the game is slower and more balanced so creatures
become more attractive. Unfortunately we didn't get to see Animate Red in all its glory with some crazy turn where Atog eats everything (in combination with Su-Chi's mana) growing to 15 power or Fireball hits for 10+ thanks to Mana Vault.
Safe Haven didn't find time to shine (boarding them out would have been a good idea considering all of the land destruction going on) and I didn't use multiple Animate Dead on Ball Ligthning.
However, these games were very entertaining.
