This is the fourth lesson in the series on "Handgun Fundamentals", detailing the nuances of 'Breath Control', and when this fundamental matters most (& when it doesn't really matter at all..).

This lesson covers three techniques to control your breathing to minimize the arc of movement caused by the diaphragm. Also included is a deep-dive to understand the respiratory process; how breathing can impact your accuracy; and a breathing method to trigger the body's Parasympathetic Nervous System to counterbalance the body's stress responses.
