There were about 4 of us honking, at least!
If you're waiting to turn left and you're in the correct lane with your signal on and everything, but everyone is honking, maybe look for a sign saying you can't do what you're trying to do. In this video, that's exactly the case as there are no left turns between 7am and 7pm. At the time, it was 6:30pm (still within time restriction). This driver however was not getting the point.
