Описание: For my third, and penultimate feature in this weeks’ Dungeon Synth Sunday, I bring you another project from the luminous Froth, in the form of Nebular Passage.

Astral Journeys is a single piece of spontaneous cosmic dark ambient, conjured in a spell following a viewing of Interstellar that conveys some of the sense of searching enormity that fluctuating galactic timelines can inspire. This is the slowly unfolding soundtrack to a glittering firmament of infinite inky blackness and twinkling molten gas.

DSS intro banners for June feature the work of Barend Cornelis Koekkoek (1802-1862 ) – a Dutch landscape artist and lithographer, widely regarded as the most accomplished landscape painter of Dutch romanticism. After honing his arts in the lowlands of Zeeland, he moved to Germany where he painted his most important landscapes, ranging from perilously perched castled, extensive river valleys to idyllic forest views dominated by one or more oaks.
