Описание: My original birth cert vs second one created by my mother and her husband when they married in 1998 my mother changed her surname along with mine and my brothers. Three of our original surnames were Manning which is my mothes adoptive mothers surname. She changed it when she married my brothers father when he was 2 years old I was 5 years old in 1998. You can write any name as the father so she done that on the second birth cert made in 1999 after they married. They have links to government I believe they are all gaslighting. They pretended he is my father as my mother is ashamed Im not a white mans daughter.
