Sadhvi Prem Baisa Death Case : ना जहर, ना साजिश... तो फिर कैसे हुई साध्वी की मौत ? सामने आया सच

In Jodhpur, Rajasthan, police have officially revealed key findings in the suspicious death case of Sadhvi Prem Baisa. On Saturday, Police Commissioner Omprakash Paswan stated that the cause of death was cardiac and pulmonary arrest.

According to the police, FSL and histopathology reports have confirmed that the death was not caused by poison or any external injury. It was also clarified that there was no sexual assault.

Injection Under Scrutiny

During the investigation, it was found that a nursing staff member administered a Schedule H category injection to the Sadhvi. Such injections cannot be given without a prescription from an authorized doctor.

Police said that the injection was brought by Devi Singh, but no valid prescription related to it has been found so far. When asked whether the injection led to the cardiac and pulmonary arrest, the Commissioner stated that expert medical opinion is still awaited.

He further added that if negligence is established after the expert report, action will be taken under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and relevant medical regulations. The possibility of registering a case of culpable homicide has not been ruled out and will depend on the final report.

SIT Investigation and Father’s Role

The case has been investigated by a Special Investigation Team (SIT). So far:

Statements of 44 individuals have been recorded.

Call details of 106 mobile numbers have been examined.

Police stated that the Sadhvi’s father made phone calls to gather people after her death, but this was done in an emotional state. No suspicious role of the father has been found in the investigation.

The Commissioner also clarified that no individual previously accused by the Sadhvi has been linked to her death. A social media message posted in her name demanding justice was written at the father’s request to gather public support.

The investigation is still ongoing, and further legal action will be determined after the final expert medical opinion is received.
