HERE'S HOW TO MAKE IT ⤵️

Eid Series Episode 9 - Chapli Kabab 🍖
Recipe
½ kg fresh beef/mutton mince (do not wash!)
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tsp cumin powder
½ tsp ajwain
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tbsp coriander seeds crushed
½ tsp roasted cumin seeds
¾ tsp crushed anar dana
½ tbsp red chilli flakes
½ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tsp garlic paste
2 green chillies grinded
1 medium onion grinded & water removed
½ egg
1 to 2 tbsp makai ka atta
1 medium tomato in cubes (no seeds)
1½ tbsp chopped fresh coriander
Beef fat/oil/ghee as required
Tomato slices as required
• Cook the beef fat on low to medium flame with the lid covered until the fat drains out (about 7 to 10 min). Set aside
• Take your beef mince and mix in all the spices making a soft smooth kabab marinade
• Refrigerate for at least 1 to 2 hours
• Then take one handful of kabab mince and place on parchment paper or cling film.
• Place a tomato on top and press with another parchment paper until a flat kabab is formed
• Fry in the beef fat on medium flame (tomato side down) until brown & crispy
• Serve hot with naan, raita, lemon wedges & fried chillies
