Epic Rotorua Weekend Adventure | Exploring New Zealand’s Geothermal Wonderland

Описание: In this video we take on New Zealands North Island adventure capital - Rotorua. Fitting in as many activities that we could possibly do and afford in 72 hours. We get out of our comfort zone taking on zip lining amongst the trees, fall down THE WORLDS LARGEST WATERFALL DROP in white water rafting, to a then far more relaxed activity of experiencing the thermal hot pools this area is known for and finally finishing off by splitting up and tackling the Redwoods Forest in two different styles - Julia took on her own challenge by walking up high through the trees whilst Josh battled for his life mountain biking down routes he definitely wasn't qualified for.

Here's a bit about us:

We’re pretty sure that the very first time we met included hours discussing our hopes to travel the world and so it’s no surprise that in 2023 we eventually made the decision to quit our jobs, pack up our things and leave to travel full-time in our self-converted van.

We wanted to leave the world of 9-5's and society's expectations behind as we knew this route in life wouldn't make us happy. But after travelling on and off (mostly off) for the past year and a half, we decided we wanted to try things a different way. What if we could explore the world full-time by living and working in different places? With this new plan in mind, we picked our first destination - Aotearoa New Zealand. And now, here we are, ready for a year of adventure.
