My experience of using a Tesla Service Centre (2024, in the UK)

Описание: My Tesla Model Y developed a creaking noise from the hatch when driving on rough roads. The car is 3 months old, so I thought I'd book it in as it's under warranty. I was expecting this to be a job for the mobile service (the Telsa Ranger), but instead the app told me to book it in at the nearest Tesla Service Centre, which in my case was Reading, Berkshire.
