Peanut Butter Banana Coffee Smoothie Shake

Hey lovelies~! Here's an easy recipe for y'all to try at home. Gotta take a break from all my pandesal escapades with a more chill recipe :D This one's actually a request from my uncle that may or may not have taken 6 months to convince me...lol Anyway! Upgrade your iced coffee with this easy, delicious and satisfying Peanut Butter Banana Coffee Smoothie. This recipe was inspired by the cafe my uncle introduced me to. They serve many delicious drinks there but this particular drink was my uncle's favorite. I tried my best to recreate the drink so you can also enjoy it in your cafe home. Please enjoy ♥

How to Make Peanut Butter Banana Coffee Smoothie
Yields: 1-2 serving/s

INGREDIENTS:
300 g (1 cup) LACATAN BANANA, SLICED & FROZEN
*you can use fresh bananas, I just prefer using frozen bananas
8 g (1 tbsp) INSTANT COFFEE, STRONG
*if you're using 3-in-1 coffee I'd recommend using a strong flavor and use the whole sachet
75 g (1/2 cup) ICE
55 g (1/4 cup) PEANUT BUTTER, SMOOTH
237 g (1 cup) EVAPORATED MILK / WHOLE MILK / ALMOND MILK *for vegans
15 ml (1 tbsp) HONEY / MAPLE SYRUP*for vegans
*or 13 g (2 tbsp) Sugar

CHOCOLATE SYRUP, OPTIONAL
WHIPPED CREAM, OPTIONAL
