If you want to maximize your time and results, Supersets are the answer. In today's workout, we are using a "Smart Strength" approach: pairing 12 reps of a major compound lift with 1 minute of targeted core work.
This structure allows us to keep your heart rate up for fat loss while dedicating serious time to building the hip stability and core strength we need after 40. This is 100% low impact and joint-friendly.
In this workout:
Format: 4 Supersets (1 Compound Exercise + 1 Core Exercise)
Timing: 12 Reps for Strength, 1 Minute for Core Endurance
Goal: Burn stubborn belly fat, build lean muscle, and improve joint stability.
Equipment Needed:
A pair of Dumbbells Light / Medium, Heavy
