The upcoming new Dragon Ball Anime is really only going to be a short Promo Series for the 3rd Saga from the Japanese Arcade Game, Super Dragon Ball Heroes called Universe Mission Prison Planet.
The story of Super Dragon Ball Heroes, is similar to the story in the Dragon Ball Xenoverse game series, as it is based on the ongoing conflict between the Time Patrol and the Time Breakers. As we all know the Time Breakers are led by Towa and Mira, from the Demon Realm. The Time Breakers themselves are a faction within a larger organization called the Dark Empire which is led by a Makaioshin named Mechikabura.
Even though he is not going to play a major role in the Anime, he is still one of the most important characters in the storyline, so i thought it would be interesting to take a look at Demigra, the former Shinjin turned Demon God, that created the Demon Realm roughly 75 million years ago.
Something a lot of people don't know about Demigra is that before he became what he is now, he was a Shinjin, a member of the race of the Kai, who was a wizard that, along with Chronoa the current supreme kai of time, was given the duty of raising TokiToki. Unhappy with the fact that he would never be able to become a God of Time by any normal means, he spent his life gaining power, trying to become a God on his own, but when his plan was discovered by Chronoa there was a Battle, and when it was all said and done, Demigra and 2 other wizards, Putine and Gravy, found themselves banished from the heavenly realm and imprisoned in a real that lies at the bottom of the Universe, the realm that would eventually become Dragon Ball's Demon Realm.
