Baloch Liberation Army, had hijacked the Jaffar Express on March 11 after blowing up the railway track, launching rockets at the train. Pakistani security forces stormed a hijacked train on March 12, killing all 33 militants and ending a day-long hostage standoff. The Pakistani military said, 21 hostages and four security troops were killed over the course of the standoff. Latest visuals showcased injured victims being treated in a hospital by paramedics in Quetta. The victims also narrated the horrific encounter of the standoff between Baloch militants and security forces. The militants in recent months stepped up their activities using new tactics to inflict high death and target Pakistan's military. As per BLA, they have been fighting for a larger share in the regional wealth of mines and minerals.
