Inspirada en la célebre canción popular “La Tarara”, esta obra es un juego sonoro lleno de imaginación, frescura y libertad creativa. El autor transforma y reinterpreta la conocida melodía tradicional, llevándola a nuevos paisajes musicales donde se despliega en todas sus posibilidades rítmicas, armónicas y tímbricas.

"Tararí" no es una simple variación de un tema popular, sino una creación nueva que nace del alma de La Tarara, respetando su esencia, pero explorando sus posibilidades: a veces alegre, a veces misteriosa, a veces melancólica. La melodía se fragmenta, se oculta, reaparece, se transforma… hasta adquirir una voz propia dentro de la obra.

Con esta partitura, se rinde homenaje al folclore y a la riqueza de la tradición musical popular, convirtiendo una sencilla melodía en punto de partida para una construcción artística llena de color y creatividad.

“Tararí” se estrenó el día 15 de noviembre de 2025 en el Teatro Municipal “José Manuel Valderas García” de Trebujena (Cádiz) interpretado por la Asociación Filarmónica "Banda de Música Nuestra Señora de Palomares, dirigiendo el autor.

Inspired by the famous folk song La Tarara, this piece is a play full of imagination, freshness, and creative freedom. The composer transforms and reinterprets the well-known traditional melody, taking it to new musical landscapes where it unfolds in all its rhythmic, harmonic, and timbral possibilities.

Tararí is not a simple variation of a popular theme, but a new creation born from the soul of La Tarara, respecting its essence while exploring its potential: at times joyful, at times mysterious, at times melancholic. The melody is fragmented, hidden, reappears, and transforms… until it acquires a voice of its own within the work.

With this score, homage is paid to folklore and the richness of popular musical tradition, turning a simple melody into the starting point for an artistic construction full of color and creativity.

To the Asociación Filarmónica "Banda de Música Nuestra Señora de Palomares" of Trebujena (Cádiz, Spain), for their commitment to music, their unique musical culture, and their unwavering artistic dedication. And most especially to their conductor, Miguel Ángel Martín, for his masterful leadership, with sensitivity and passion, the musical soul of this brilliant ensemble.

Tararí premiered on November 15, 2025, at the Teatro Municipal “José Manuel Valderas García” in Trebujena (Cádiz), performed by the Asociación Filarmónica "Banda de Música Nuestra Señora de Palomares", conducted by the composer.
