For me i just needed to insert a Bootable USB drive at boot and select it in boot menu after that all was done automatically in no time! hope the same is applicable to you.
Well this error is caused due to corruption in boot files, and plugging in the bootable drive and booting into it solves the issue, incase it didn't then you need to click the repair this P.C button which can be found at preinstallation page of windows setup. This would surely solve your issue.
