Описание: The duck under is the best takedown to learn when looking to develop lower body takedowns. For hobbyists, learning wrestling skills tend do be very difficult due to the dynamic movement that is involved within a level change. In addition to the difficulty in the movement itself, practitioners also run into the problem of getting caught in front chokes while attempting lower-body tackles.
