I'm not a doctor, I can't make any big claims, but internet studies on these ingredients show us over & over that these ingredients, are filled with amazing properties for boosting health!
For 9 Ginger Shots Recipe You'll need:
9 clean - 4 oz jars and lids
2 organic lemons, 16 oz coconut water (with no sugar or additives) or plain water .
A food grade high quality orange essential oil, optional - if you choose to use.
Keep shots stored in the refrigerator!
Here's How Easy they are To Make!
Just add each ingredient into each Jar:
¼ cup Coconut Water (or plain water, your choice)

Optional: To add even more health filled additions see below
Don’t leave out the Cayenne, use less, but don’t leave it out or you won’t get the boost from these. You can omit the essential oil that’s just for flavor in this recipe, but it hides the heat!
For even more health benefits you can add ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder https://iherb.prf.hn/l/aQwx2Ol to each shot,
and/or ¼ tsp Ashwagandha herb https://iherb.prf.hn/l/QxYXJkR to each shot (1 capsule ashwagandha = ¼ tsp.)
