The reason why I listen to (good vibes only) music in 432 hz is because it’s the ‘natural frequency of the universe’ (resonance frequency). Listening to music that is tuned to 432 hz fills the mind with a sense of peace and well being and releases emotional blockages. That is why a lot of meditation music is also tuned to 432hz.

Listening to regular music that is set to the actual universal tuning standard of 440 hz (also known as Stuttgart pitch) promotes fear, anxiety, disruption, disharmony, disunity and aggression as opposed to the peaceful vibes that 432hz music gives you!

Listening to music that is tuned to 432hz also helps to heal and activate your root chakra which is one of seven energy centres in your body and is represented by the colour red. Your root chakra is located at the base of your spine and is where your survival instincts are initiated (fight or flight response). Healing this chakra removes any blockages associated with fear and anxiety. When you heal/activate your root chakra you will feel a sense of abundance in the areas of safety, security, shelter, survival instincts and finances. It also helps with many other health related issues.
