In this several days project I have fixed a Mercedes W220 with several Airmatic system issues. These include a leak in the Airmatic valve assembly, leak on top of one of the strut and fixing of the compressor to produce better compression for the system.
I did a lot of research using Mercedes documents for the vehicle, which I have compiled into these videos.
Since the repair, I have been running the vehicle for several months and the system has been performing well with no issues. The overall cost was minimal for all my fixes as I didn't just replace the components randomly. I hope these notes will help you fix any Airmatic related issues on your Mercedes.
