In the first part, I bought a ticket for the tourist train in Torrevieja to visit the salt mines (Las Salinas). The train takes us to the mines, where we get off to walk around and explore. I want you to join me in touching the salt. To return, we have to take the train back to the city. On the way back, the guide takes us to a small stall where we can buy souvenirs and packages of salt from the lake.
In the second part, I try to approach the lake from the other side to bring you closer to the pink waters of the salt lake, so you can get a better understanding of it.
And in the third part, I'll share some drone footage with you, so you can enjoy a bird’s-eye view of the lake and its stunning color. Does its pink hue surprise you too?
