Tkachuk comes over from the Calgary Flames following a blockbuster deal which was completed on Friday night.
Florida gets Tkachuk and a fourth-round pick; Calgary received Jonathan Huberdeau, MacKenzie Weegar, prospect Cole Schwindt and a 2025 protected first-round pick.
