Austrian Airlines with ONLY 13 passengers | FULL Flight Experience | Budapest to Vienna

Is it worth paying 130€ for a 40 minutes flight between 2 capital cities very close to each other connected by 10€ bus and train connections?
Of course not! Then who travels on this flight and why does it worth operating 2 Embraer E195 aircraft 2 TIMES A DAY with 13 passengers? CONNECTING passengers are the answer to this question but this route still remains a non-profit or so-called "charitable flight" for Austrian airlines. This is the reason they stopped operating the route in October 2021 but it seems they already opened the booking for BUD-VIE and VIE-BUD flights starting in
March 2022 from 95€ one-way.

On this flight from Budapest to Vienna, 10 out of 13 passengers had a connecting flight and only 3 travelers' final destination was Vienna.
