"I researched all over for a durable, easily cleaned, functional bento box for my preschooler. He’s a toddler so there’s no telling what he’s going or not going to eat today, so I like that I can give him many options. The snaps are really easy for him to be able to open and close on his own (another huge factor for me, especially because he’s an ESE student and any independence I can give him is a big plus for us!) Surprisingly for me he actually gets excited when he sees me pull it out in the mornings. The inner tray is easy for me to pull out and clean, I can usually wipe it down with warm soapy water and a soft sponge in about a minute. I’ve given him all sorts of foods so far, warm and cool and nothing has stained it either. The seals do a really great job of holding everything in its place and I haven’t had any spills in his lunchbox or backpack thankfully. (Think spaghetti, pasta Alfredo, chili’s, hummus for dipping with veggie stix, pudding...) It’s also got a nice rubber exterior like bumpers on it so I don’t worry about it getting slung around at school (as kids sometimes do) while it’s in his lunch box. I will definitely be buying another one in the future."
