Wedge
The Wedge is the most stable and forgiving board in this comparison review. It is designed for beginner riders to maximise their progression. This is done through a wide 32" width, a shorter more compact shape and incredible design features like the dropped rails to help with performance. You can ride these boards as a beginner, right up to advanced. They do paddle quite slow, but we feel that doesn't define the board as the on wave feel is so nice.

Spice
The Spice is a quiver killer, meaning it's the one board you could own and be content with riding it in a lot of different conditions. We found this board to very smooth and blended stability with a wider nose platform along with performance from thinner rails and a narrower outline in the tail. We would highly recommend playing around with the fin configuration to get your desired feel.

Pro
The Pro shape from Starboard is the most high performance shape in their range of surf SUPs. It's much more technical to ride and suits faster, steeper waves. Suiting those advanced riders who want to maximise the performance of their surfing, the Pro is designed to rip.

We tested the sizes mentioned on this page, however the takeaways from the video can be applied to the whole range of boards from Starboard.
