Primanti Brothers of Pittsburgh, PA were kind enough to send me out a sandwich making kit so I could try their famous sandwich at home. It’s a meal unto itself but promises to be a tasty one. This is not a paid post (though they did send me free food, so…). The idea behind the sandwich was to give workers a way to have a total lunch in one sandwich. And I think it works.
