The GameBub is an open-source, FPGA-based handheld created by talented engineer, Eli Lipsitz. In this video, I'll build the vertical revision 2 from scratch, soldering over 300 components including a BGA FPGA chip. I'll also take some to walk through the hardware design, assembly process, and test out Game Boy, Game Boy Color, and Game Boy Advance games - including Kirby Tilt 'n' Tumble with accelerometer support!
