South Sister is the premier mountain hike outside of Bend, Oregon. We started up the trail just after 2 am and made good time. I got on the air as the sun was coming up with great views of the Oregon Cascades.
Sorry about all the windy noise. It was very windy! So much so that I didn't want to put my mast up and try HF. Casey made us some coffee on the summit and that warmed us up, but the winds at 10,000ft were chilly.
