The Who created lots of riff based songs. Here are my top 10 riffs from The Who. Pete Townshend has to be one of the greatest rock guitarists and certainly one of the top rhythm guitarists ever and The Who are one of my favorite bands. Pete’s songs often had multiple riffs and to top that off, he often improvised in a riff based way as well.
