(Justin/Charlie/Nancy/Jake) - It's Not Over

Nancy tell's Justin that Jake has banned them visiting Charlie in hospital leaving Justin to watch Charlie from outside his room.He's upset and angry at Jake for not letting him see Charlie so he goes to the hospital to see Jake and asks him to give Nancy and him back his visitation rights and if they win the custody case they'll allow him to see Charlie. When Jake declines and say's they'll never get custody he turns around and leaves the hospital. Later Justin is extremely annoyed at not being able to see Charlie and when he see's Jake in I'l Gnosh he snaps and attacks him saying that their fighting for custody and there going to win. Jake replies with If you take him away from me I'll make your life a living hell. Afterwards he goes back to the hospital and looks at Charlie though the window again. They go to Court to fight for Charlie and win him and Justin is very happy as he can see his son again and he can keep the monster(Jake)out of his life forever.When at home Jake takes his anger at losing Charlie on the furniture. Since Justin and Nancy are nice people they allow him to say goodbye to Charlie but Jake kidnaps him. When Nancy tells Justin he goes to find them and finds the Car where Jake is unconscious due to trying to gas him and charlie in his car.Justin rescues Charlie and Jake from the van and take's Charlie back to the hospital and holds him.
