Today, after a few rainy days at the end of summer, we decided to prepare one of the most delicious Iranian dishes for you in the beautiful nature around us. The name of this dish is Adas polo (lentil rice) with meat balls.
On the side, we made eggplant yogurt and fire tea.
Because the weather was rainy, the wood was wet. That's why it took a long time to find dry wood for the fire. Finally, we collected our garbage and did not leave it in nature.
How to prepare Adas polo
ingredients
lentils
Rice
onion
Mince Meat
Salt
pepper
Turmeric
Curry
Caraway
Lord
vegetable oil
For eggplant yogurt

You can see the steps in the video. We boil the lentils. Then we fry the onion with paste in the onion that we fried. and layered with drained rice. Finally, we decorate with raisins that we fried in oil.
