1.Materials Required:
• Soft floral fabric (as per required size)
• Matching thread
• Scissors
• Measuring tape
• Sewing machine
• Bias tape (optional)
• Decorative lace, ribbon, or embellishments

2. Cutting the Fabric:
• Mark Measurements: Take the baby’s measurements (chest, length, armhole).
• Bodice Cutting: Fold fabric, mark half chest + 2 inches, and cut the front and back pieces.
• Sleeve Cutting: Cut ruffled or puffed sleeves as per the pattern.
• Neck Design: Cut a round or collar neck based on preference.
• Skirt Part: Measure and cut an A-line or gathered skirt piece.

3. Stitching the Bodice:
• Shoulder Join: Stitch the front and back bodice pieces together at the shoulders.
• Neck Finishing: Use bias tape or double fold and stitch neatly.
• Attach Sleeves: Gather and stitch the sleeves for a ruffled look.

4. Skirt Attachment:
• Gather or Pleat: Create pleats or gathers at the top of the skirt.
• Attach to Bodice: Stitch the skirt to the bodice, aligning seams properly.
• Side Seam Stitching: Close the sides for a clean finish.

5. Finishing Touches:
• Hem the Bottom: Fold and stitch the skirt hem.
