Meet Monica Targett, MS, BSN, RN from Dell Children’s Medical Center, who transformed a family’s hospital experience whose daughter transitioned from the NICU to the Epilepsy unit. From reuniting a newborn with siblings for the first time, to creating a welcoming space, and even sewing a handmade Halloween costume, Monica’s compassion left a lasting impact. Her kindness went beyond care, creating #MeaningfulMoments for an entire family.
