MEASUREMENTS
1x 2" ribbon
1x 1. 5 ribbon
1x 1" ribbon
All cut 48cm
I measured 4" Cross 2" each side of centre pin to make 4" wide Cheer Bow

This method works on all the ribbon widths and you can pay around with long tails or more traditional spike tails
