This video shows Left 4 Dead 2 gameplay on the full campaign of Blood Harvest, played on Expert difficulty, singleplayer, without addons, and using the Iron Man mutation.
Iron Man mutation has Realism rules (for the most part), no ammo piles, and no respawns when you fail a map. If you fail once, you are sent back to the main menu. The only silver lining here is that all snipers, for some reason deal normal damage despite other weapons being affected by the Realism damage penalty. So you may see me hold on to a Military or Hunting rifle in later chapters despite being sub-optimal weapons in base Realism.
