Описание: I logged in CN server today for a sneak peak at their new ultimate level set, 18 Dragons Palm, a similar level to Wild Shot Fist.
Full info for all skills:
1. Dragon Spotted in the Fields
Single target parry buff, 1sec CD
Upon successful parry, 50% chance of clearing 6 buffs on the attacker, 100% chance of disabling all buff effects for 5sec; 30sec CD
2. Benefit The Rivers
Melee single target overt, 10sec CD
Charge skill; immune to knockdown, knockup, push back while executing this skill
Gain "Subdue the Dragon" buff, ignore 15% internal and external defense, ignore 15% internal and external diffusion; 5sec duration
3. Thick Clouds Without Rain
Single target buff, chi move; 30sec CD
Deploys a 7m chi field that debuffs any enemy within in; any enemy with debuff has attack damage reduced by 100%; 12sec duration
4. Hidden Dragon
Ranged multi-target, feint; 4sec CD
Breaks parry of all enemies within 20m in front; knock down upon parry break
5. Divine Dragon Tail Swipe
Melee multi-target, 30sec CD
Usable only when Slowed, flying skill disabled, paralyzed, disarmed, skill disabled, stunned, pushed back, knocked down, knocked up
Removes the negative effect upon use, knocks up any enemy within 5m. Knock up ignores parry.
6. The Swan Descends Gracefully
Melee single-target overt, 12sec CD
Charge skill; immune to knockdown, knockup, push back while executing this skill
Gain "Subdue the Dragon" buff, ignore 15% internal and external defense, ignore 15% internal and external diffusion; 5sec duration
7. Twin Dragons Get Water
Ranged multi-target overt, 2sec CD
Damages all enemies within 20m in front of user, paralyzes for 2sec upon hit
8. Dragon Battles in the Wilds
Melee multi-target overt, 10sec CD; consumes 50 rage
RAGE skill; RED ARMOR
8m AOE, stuns all enemies within AOE; 1st and final hit of this skill knocks up all enemies. Knock up ignores parry.

This official and released info on CN server. Unless Snail deemed it too OP later on, there should not be any significant changes to this set.
How to obtain the set: Top 5 Winners of Mt Hua will have chance to meet with an NPC to learn the set. Details are unknown but we will know more after this Mt Hua on 8/22 of CN server. I presume that like ancient flower prince and wild shot fist high levels, we have to pay taels to buy script from NPC. Since it's an ultimate level, don't expect lvl 10 set to be under 1k Dings (Yes, I'm serious)
Yellow Dmg on video are of lvl 10, which is a cap at the moment. It's said that at lvl 5 and lvl 10, the set will gain huge benefits to the set (I assume it means base dmg).
The set can't be use in any 1v1 competition as it's deemed too overpowered. Thus, it can't be used in Ladder / Mt. Hua / Dragon and Tiger.
It's unclear that one can keep the set after he learned it and lost Mt. Hua titles. More on that later.
