A series of videos where I gentrify lots throughout the Sims worlds. A first for me in eleven years of building in the Sims 4- I create a starter priced penthouse for a family of four and a single sim, both in this video. In the second video we'll perform Stage 2 of the gentrification process on the floorplan footprints from these builds. This is a long form video expounding more completely on the build process, much like I do during a live stream. I talk a bit about gentrification and the background story of builds as this build plays out in sped up fashion. This build has no income or asset limitations.
