ARIZONA EMINENT DOMAIN ATTORNEY

The government's power of eminent domain allows it to take the private land of citizens for public use and benefit. To ensure this power is not abused, citizens must be given just compensation if their property is taken in this way. This means that the full market value of your real estate must be fairly paid to you by the government, otherwise, governments are prevented from using eminent domain for any ill-motived purpose or gain.
