The streets are alive with people—mostly students and young couples—crowding the local flower stalls to pick out the perfect bouquet for their special someone.
There’s no talking in this video, just the natural sounds of the afternoon rush. I wanted to give you a front-row seat to what life looks like in the capital of Camarines Sur on a day dedicated to love.
