Bangladesh has sought negotiations for a loan from the International Monetary Fund, finance minister A.H.M. Mustafa Kamal told local media this week, as the country joins South Asian neighbors Pakistan and Sri Lanka in seeking help to cope with mounting pressure on their economies.(JA)
