Using the Philips Voice Recorder App to dictate your letters, notes, etc anywhere anytime you have the option to securely send each dictation audio file to either:

1. Your typist to collect and process your digital dictation via the SpeechLive web portal
2. Have SpeechLive automatically convert your voice to text
3. Send your audio to Philips outsource transcription service

This video demonstrates option 2. Perfect for urgent dictation or perhaps if your usual typist is away for the day. Your dictation will quickly and accurately be converted from voice-to-text and the transcription either emailed to you and/or your typist or can be collected by you/your transcription typist from the SpeechLive web portal.

The completed transcribed document then just needs to be proofread. No voice recognition solution is 100% accurate, all have very high degrees of accuracy but the transcription will always need to be proofread. Much faster and cheaper than using a transcription typist.

A SpeechLive Author licence is required, a 30-day free trial is available for up-to 10 users, a mix of Authors (people who dictate) and Typist. SpeechLive licences can be managed under one account perfect for practice or office managers. Or individuals can have and manage their own licences.
