✨ Ingredients for the Sauce:
1 onion
2 tomatoes
3 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 handful chickpeas
1 tsp salt, paprika, coriander, ras el hanout
½ tsp black pepper
1 glass water (before vegetables), then 1 ½ glass with vegetables
✨ For the Meatball Filling:
400g minced meat
1 handful cooked rice
Fresh coriander
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp cumin
Salt & pepper
1 zucchini & potatoes for stuffing
