Описание: My successful DIY attempt to correct a manufacturing defect of the ASME-04B Robot Servo's output spur Gear that causes the Gear Teeth to be very weak and prematurely fail. This means that the Servo cannot possibly produce the rated maximum torque of 380Kg-cm or 27.4 Ft-Lbs prior to the Servo output spur Gear breaking. This is a defect that the manufacturer must fix ASAP!!! The failure occurred twice at only 276.5 Kg-cm or 20Ft-Lbs. These are the Servo's are rated with a maximum Starting Torque of 380Kg.cm with a maximum holding Torque of 340Kg.cm or 27.4Ft-Lbs . The problem is that 2 of my brand new Servo's failed at only 276.5Kg.cm or 20.0 Ft-Lbs. which is far below their manufacturer's stated operating specifications! The actual failure point is likely lower than 20Ft-Lbs as the Gear failed as soon as I applied the 20Lbs of weight at 12 inches distance from the output Shaft.
