When you create a warehouse (or most objects) in Fabric, it’s often tied to the user account that created it. But what happens when that person changes role, leaves the team, or simply isn’t available? 👀
That’s where Service Principal ownership comes in:
✅ Ensures continuity — the warehouse isn’t dependent on one individual.
✅ Simplifies governance — permissions and access are managed centrally.
✅ Improves security — avoids risks tied to personal accounts.
✅ Scales better — service principals are designed for automation and enterprise workloads.
