Описание: Megan and Terry Dunne operate Shawlands, a 3,800ha commercial breeding and backgrounding property in the Biloela district in Central Queensland. By participating in the Farm Business Resilience Program and working with a DPI extension officer they created a Farm Business Plan and successfully applied for two Drought Preparedness Grants. These grants helped to install fencing, water troughs, storage tanks and a hay shed. Megan and Terry feel they have greater confidence to handle future droughts.
