Hi soulmate, this is the first image video for my workout program samadhi movements. In 2013 I started with an idea to create an unique bodyweight training concept based on the mayan calendar ‘Tzolkin’ with its consciousness about the cosmic cycles and daily energies.
It is a combination of Yoga, Animal Movements, Calisthenics and very efficient bodyweight exercises. The result is the first full body bodyweight training program in the world, which is based on the mayan calendar. The mayan calendar is the most complex and all-embracing calendar in the world and we can use the wisdom to live a conscious life and even for much more than for workouts.
You can do the samadhi movements completely without wisdom of the mayan calendar. In my online course you find tutorial videos for every single exercise, move, breathing technique and description videos about the philosophy, the samadhi spirit and conscious lifestyle. It's not necessary to study the whole wisdom, if you prefer just doing efficient workouts, it's easily possible with this program.
My whole life I loved practicing sports and bodyweight training. This bodyweight training is designed to enjoy workouts to the fullest, to stay motivated, to connect with mother earth and the cosmic cycles, which are the impulse generator for all of us, to connect with like-minded people and soulmates and to live a more conscious life and your spiritual awakening.
Movements are representing the Trinity of life. You can see that most workout programs and sports are focused on one aspect of that Trinity. For example a bodybuilder is focused on STRENGTH, a ballerina is focused on FLEXIBILITY and a marathon runner is focused on ENDURANCE, samadhi movements combines all characters of that sacred Trinity aspects. With samadhi movements you need no equipment, no tools, NO GYM. You can start every time at every place. And because samadhi movements is based on the mayan calendar, we are doing moves which are synchronized to the daily energies to open the corresponding chakras. That’s one reason why this program is more efficient than many other programs.
Samadhi Movements is FOR WOMEN AND MEN. It is separated into three levels, inspired by the three gods of the underworld in the mayan philosophy. You can start with the beginner mode called god of earth, with very easy moves and breathing techniques, next level you can experience god of the underworld, which represents the advanced mode, with the third level you jump to very professional workouts in the god mode called god of death. Death represents a new life and a big transformation in the mayan wisdom. For example you can use gym-rings and pull-up bars in the god mode. That’s it, you need nothing more for an efficient workout program.
You will feel the difference, it’s much more than just practicing sport to get a ripped and shredded body, which is mostly the focus in material world, for example the intention to beloved by other people. A shredded, sexy and healthy body is the logical consequence of samadhi movements, but not the only goal and focus. We are spiritual beings, awakened souls who want to live a conscious life. Movement is life and movement is to live a happy life with maximum vitality. To grow and evolve and make the experience what is possible with our bodies, our mind and our awakened souls. We want to live a conscious life, healthy and happy and to enjoy all aspects of life. That’s samadhi movements.
