Holy goddamn, I can rock now 🥳
I learned an insane amount working on this one, for mixing and especially for composing.
I have such a terrible sense of rhythm but I REALLY like syncopated melodies and groovey rhythms. So getting familiar with those techniques amounted to very little, and not from lack of trying. But this piece has given me a far better understanding of how they are practically arranged, and also serves as a resource I can always refer back to if (when 😂) I get lost in the sauce in the middle of writing.
