Nepal, which is in its final preparations for the ICC T20 World Cup, has secured victory in its second consecutive practice match. On Saturday, Nepal registered a 48-run win against India’s MCA President’s XI. Earlier, in the first match held on Thursday, Nepal had claimed a seven-wicket victory. With this, Nepal's practice matches for the World Cup have come to an end. The Nepali team will leave Mumbai for Chennai tomorrow. There, they will play two warm-up matches as final preparations for the World Cup.
Nepal has been placed in Group ‘C’ for the World Cup. Considered a tough group, it includes Nepal, two-time champions West Indies, one-time champions England, Scotland, and Italy.
