Описание: Hey sailors! Join me on Blue Collar Sailing as I review a 1986 Hunter 28.5 here in Corpus Christi. The owner, from San Antonio, is selling "Saltwater Swaying" due to a growing family. This boat, originally from Kemah, boasts a fin keel, spade rudder, and a Perkins 19 diesel – a bit unusual, as these Hunters typically have Yanmars. The sails are reportedly good, and it had a bottom job in 2021, plus new batteries and LED lights. However, it's a project boat. We found exposed fiberglass on deck, a cracked deadlight, and a busted port light frame. The standing rigging is likely original, and there’s a bent stanchion and repaired toe rail, indicating past damage. A broken clutch handle adds to the list. He's asking $7,500, down from $10,000. While the price is tempting, the market is soft, and you can likely find better-maintained boats. This Hunter needs love. If you're a Hunter fan or want a Perkins diesel, it might be for you, but be prepared for work. Hit like, subscribe, and share! Tomorrow, Colleen and I are checking out another boat – fingers crossed it’s the one!!
